I am sorry, I don't have time to read all the other emails.  A friend just 
pointed out that my name was mentioned and I figured that I should respond.  I 
tend to read the first post on a topic, if it is not of interest, I ignore any 
subsequent posts.

As I said, I am sure that our customers would not be too happy about our 
providing their contact information to the public without first getting their 
approval.  They provided that information to us for the express purpose of 
allowing us to contact them in case of an issue with their data.  We value 
their privacy.  I am pretty sure that the customers of the other VANs would not 
approve of it either.
