I think it is. The level of difficulty in troubleshooting these products is astounding. Any bit of information leading or directing someone how triumph over tribulation in the EDI world and/or its products thereof is exactly what this list is about...as well as opining about the gobbledygook of haloed regurgitated data transport mechanisms (XML). Any tidbit of help directing someone to a solution with software products inside or outside of tech support is a boon. Tech support does not push the envelope with products - we do. Therefore we should know more about implementation than they do and tech support just passes that info along. I am in the trenches with Microsoft BizTalk everyday. You don't know how many times a copy and paste has been done from an event viewer error to Google and led to the smallest of clues to help me solve a problem. I've been there, and I've done that. That is exactly one purpose of this list. Let's also tone down the ad hominem. Richard Druckenmiller EDI-L Moderator/Owner --- In [email protected], "William J.
