Naveen,

You will probably have to assign temp variables on the source element and
use logic in the "extended rule" on the destination side to make the
assignment.  The destination element will only accept a single "link" from
the source side.

  hai all

         I have encountered a problem while mapping XML
  to EDI where i need to map may segments in XML to one
  segment of EDI . I found that many to one mapping is
  not possible .
  what is the alternative solution to complete this,
  apart from applying XSLT.
         Note : the editor i'm using for mapping is
  Sterling Commerce Mapping editor for Gentran.
