Arifin,
Welcome to the
EDI-List. As Earl pointed out, you requirement (file conversion
software) is shared by most members of the EDI-List. There are at least
three ways to get help from the EDI-List:
(1) Help from EDI
software vendors and their users to recommend various translators (some
options include Ascential, Sterling, Inovis, Tie Commerce, Softshare, and quite
a few others).
(2) Help from
service bureaus (ASPs) that will convert your files for you. You only need to
send them a data file and they will convert it into EDI for you. This is a good
solution for small volume and for use with one or two trading partners.
(3) There are many,
many consulting companies on this List that might be available in your area.
They can help you evaluate various software solutions, recommend the best
software for your organization, train you on the software, and even help you
write the first few translation maps with your new software.
If you are
interested in any of these options (or others that the List might suggest),
please let this List know where you are located, and we can provide you with a
list of our best local-to-you resources.
Regards,
Nathan Camp

These types of program are called mappers / parsers / translators.
There are many Open Source projects which can do this.
Do a search on SourceForge with keywords: parse EDI
