I'm guessing that the QRS (historically poor) support won out in that merger. Sad, I used to enjoy refering business to Inovis. Same thing happened to Sterling Commerce a few years back when SBC purchased them, it took almost two years for Sterling Commerce to finally get back on track; however, Sterling Commerces invoices still remind me of an old Ma Bell invoice. Over the past two years I have been working a project who's Sterling Commerce invoice still has On and Off Peak hour charges listed on it.
