Head USA (www.head.com) currently has an opening for an EDI Jr. Programmer Analyst in Phoenix, AZ.

GENERAL DUTIES: The EDI Jr. Programmer Analyst is responsible for maintaining all EDI activities between Head USA Inc. and its customers. The EDI Jr. Programmer Analyst also performs various programming efforts as directed by the Applications Development Manager. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: A. Creating new EDI maps and maintaining existing maps to meet customer requirements and Head's standards. B. Monitoring EDI systems and analyzing/correcting production support issues. C. Contacting Head's internal and external customers to facilitate implementations and issue resolution. D. Creating and maintaining custom shipping labels. E. Performing various administrative duties as requested by the Applications Development Manager. JOB REQUIREMENTS: 1. Two year college degree or equivalent experience. 2. Two years EDI mapping and support experience (Inovis TLE Experience helpful). 3. VANS/AS2 Communications knowledge a plus. 4. SAP Experience a plus. 5.
