Meghan,

Try testing your RFC connection. Go into WE20, select or view your ORDRSP
transaction set, then under outbound options you should see your receiver
port. Double click on it and it should take you to a screen called "Ports
in IDOC Processing". You should see your outbound file directory. Verify
that it is correct, then select the tab that says "Outbound Trigger". Your
RFC should be in there. Double click on it and it will take you to "RFC
Destination: Your RFC name" Click on the Test Connection option. You
should receive a successful message if your RFC is working correctly. If
not, your outbound destination may be incorrect or you may not have
permission to write an IDOC to that directory. Check with your SAP Admin.

Regards,
Jeff

Hi Meghan-

I have, and I'm 90% certain it's an authority issue within either SAP or
the platform on which that instance of SAP is running. You might want to
check with your systems administrator.

Best,
Mike Kelly
