Jim, Commport has no contractual agreement in place with Walmart. We are however, recognized as an EDI and communications solution provider. Commport's EDI business model allows for Commport Customers to outsource their EDI and communications to Commport from which point the Commport Customer Care department assumes the responsibility for EDI and communications related concerns.
