*Description:* Homax Products, a growing Pacific Northwest manufacturer, is looking for a hands-on EDI Manager. As part of an ERP conversion, Homax is converting from a Gentran-MAS200 EDI interface to an Inovis-Peoplesoft Enterprise One interface. Homax is a growing consumer products company that conducts EDI transactions with over 75 leading retailers across a variety of market channels. During implementation, the candidate will assist the ERP consultants in the EDI conversion and testing. Post implementation, the candidate will maintain EDI exchange to meet business operations needs and manage the transition and integration of the EDI requirements for future acquisitions. *Main duties and responsibilities include:* # Ensure completeness and accuracy of all EDI, primarily inbound PO's, outbound invoices and ASN's but including inbound freight bills, 816's/852's/855's/860's/810's as well as several other transaction types. # Expertise in pre-processing and post-processing of EDI transactions. Demonstrated use of testing methodology to assure maximum benefit when adding new trading partners and/or transactions # Work with order entry and distribution facilities to optimize business processes. # Creating, documenting and maintaining thorough audit procedures for all EDI transactions. # Transitioning and integrating EDI requirements of future acquisitions. # Supervise 1-2 data entry staff. Candidate should possess a Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience/certification, hands-on EDI experience and a track record of creating and maintaining bulletproof processes. Basic mapping skills are required; advanced mapping skills are a plus. Experience with Inovis, Enterprise One or One World products are a plus.
