Hi. You guys sure use the word "private" a lot. I searched the EDI-L message archive for "VAT" and after pages and pages of "private" and "innovate" and stuff like that, I give up.
The real question: I need to map a VAT Registration Number between EDIFACT and SAP IDOC. Does anyone know/have a suggestion as to which record and field should be used in the DESADV IDOC? Perhaps if you are mapping between X12 856 or EDIFACT DESADV and SAP you might know.
