Good luck. I recently had my 1st experience with SPS. No comment. If I were you, I would go straight to the source. Contact your TP directly or have someone from your organization contact them and share your below info.

My map vendor won't release my maps without giving them the production TP ids for Too, Inc (Limited, etc). I supposed to test with SPS commerce, they won't release the "top secret" info, like the tp id of the company, until I pass testing, but I can't have the maps without the TP id.... so I won't ever be able to start testing (what makes sense only if you are SPS being able to charge us for the testing, and not giving out the data can prolong the process so they can charge more).
