If you are referring to the V9 segment, then Cendian uses V9_01 for the Event 
Code (Ele 304) and V9_08 for the Decline (Ele 641).

They supply a list of Element 304 codes, but not for Element 641.

Ele 304 has REJ - Rejected by Shipper.
There are pages of 641 codes, but I don't have the actual codes used by 
Cendian.
