Hi all, Has anyone used any GXS software? We have historically been a Sterling shop, and are currently going through an Inovis (BizLink/Mapper) implementation, but have had severe software and support issues with Inovis, and so are likely to investigate other options.
GXS has been touted internally by an executive who used it in their previous incarnation, but I am concerned as most of the GXS opinions on this list seem to be negative. However we would likely be using their integration software not their VAN services, which I know little about. I think perhaps Enterprise Gateway is the package name, but their website is not too helpful in pinning this down. I evaluated Sterling's GIS once before and was quite impressed, so if anyone has any feedback on Sterling's integration solution, or comparisons of GXS and GIS, or other similar level solutions from other parties, I would be very interested to hear them also.
