Shawn, Mostly its the same as 4.0. There are a few bug fixes that were done and few adapters and services added to the core product. I will hold off any upgrades. Unless you see anything weird happening I will be happy running 4.0, but with the latest patch and service pack. :) Thanks, Prem.
