Thanks Dawn and all the others, Good to hear somebody else had the same issue.
I tried all the stuff you guys asked me to do - also tried to make it synchronous - when I make it synchronous I receive an error "Requested Synchronous receipt not received" Now in our other trading partner(Wal-Mart), I would have assumed that this was a certificate issue but with Hannaford they have in quite bold text mentioned that they WILL NOT send synchronous mdn's ...so the error does not actually say anything or does it????- can I request hannford to make it synchronous at their end. I have contacted isoft support and am working with them. Just wondering if any of you who deal with Hannaford and had isoft would have any suggestions or ideas.
