Hello EDI-ers! I work for a mid-sized retail outlet that is looking to implement an EDI solution. We originally considered Sterling, but found them extremely over bundled and expensive for our 1650 monthly PO volume. We also considered Inovis, but had a difficult time getting through to their support line, which also turned us off.
We are now considering the Partner Gateway from GXS, and are also looking at their VAN services. Have any of you used their translation/communication software and if so, are there any success or horror stories that you would be willing to share with me?
