It would work if you put each order into a different inner-carton (with a UCC-
128 label)...  or shrink-wrap the cartons together.  Then you could put a T 
level label on the outside.

I would email JCP and ask...

I had a similar situation with a client doing replenishment of bathing suits 
with Sears Canada.   One or two bathing suits don't take a lot of space ;-)
