Assuming that you have already created & downloaded the .pfx files as described here: http://pki.tradinggrid.com/ , the process of installing the certificates in WS_FTP is fairly straightforward. Although I don't have a document, here are the steps for WS_FTP Pro version 2006: 1). Click on Tools -> Options and then click on "Client Certificates" under SSL. 2). Click on "Import" and then choose the certificate (.pfx file) that you created/downloaded above. 3). Enter the Password, if any. 4). Name the certificate & hit Finish. 5). Now after you create a "Site", go to "Site Options" and under "Advanced", click SSL and choose the certificate that you created in step 4 above. 6). The three boxes: "Use atleast 128bit SSL for secure connections"; "Use unencrypted command channel after SSL authentication" & "Use encrypted data channel" should be left unchecked.
