However, I am not sure what news they have available on their websites. FYI - the RoHS deadline is 7/1/06. I work for an Electronics Mfg Company. A large majority of our world-wide EDI TPs are sending free form text on their EDI POs "parts must be RoHS compliant". Additionally, our marketing depts. have contacted customers directly and told them to change their material part cross-references to the updated part #. Most companies simply added a "LF" tag on the end of their parts identifying "lead free".
