HEY!   What wrong with Cleveland?  
 
The slogan for the city used to be that "Cleveland is a great place to be".
 
I was born and raised on the east side, (and left as soon as I was able),
but returned ... and left again.

You know, in italian there is an expression:  "Tanto
fumo, niente fuoco".  "A lot of smoke, no fire".  That
pretty much sums up GXS.  They promise you the world
and give you Cleveland.  

I hope that the people on this list who have to put up
with GXS at least have some clause in their service
agreement that they will get some kind of reduced rate
when this happens.
