Our direct client is looking for an EDI Gentran specialist with Unix. Unix is required, and NT is a plus but is not required.
Individual will be responsible for day-to-day EDI Gentran 6.0 systems in a 24x7 environment. Analyze and support customer/business requirements and develop functionality to enhance Clients proprietary portal applications and messaging subsystems. Document process and create the corporate SOP for EDI. Support daily EDI operation, design and configure integration points and message flows, heavy data mapping. EDI package used: Gentran NT 3.2, Gentran UNIX 6. Database: Oracle. OS: UNIX. Transactions includes: 300/IFTMBF, 301/IFTMBC, 304/IFTMIN, 310/IFTMCS, CONRL/997, 315/IFTSTA, 323/IFTSAI; XML SI, STATUS. Responsibilities include: Develop maps based on EDI requirements and documentation. Maintain and troubleshoot EDI data flows within production/test environment. Participate in internal EDI analysis projects where required Setup/maintain Trading Partner, configuration and administration of Gentran EDI system, EDI infrastructure, monitoring, debug message from MQ series, developing SQL, stored procedure, scripts for EDI reporting. ------------------------ Yahoo!
