We have been a customer of the Inovis VAN for many years. The
reliability has been excellent, and all-in-all, the customer service has
been acceptable to good. We have been able to resolve most support
issues through their Web site, and that is the way to go if you can
because if you have to call them, the only people you get to talk to may
not know more about the technology than you do. These people, in turn,
have to compete for time from the really qualified technical people at
Inovis, and so things can be dragged out much longer than necessary. The
last technical issue we took to them took months to resolve, the
resolution is only a temporary fix, and it became clear during the
process that the time of their qualified technical people is much more
important to Inovis than my time. Of course, I have run into this
situation with many vendors besides Inovis.
