Subject: Possible document duplication 7-07-06 and 7-10-06

Dear Supplier,

Please be aware that on July 7 we were aware of a connectivity issue
our VAN was experiencing. To ensure that all data was received, we
resent a number of documents to our VAN per their request. We have
since discovered that this action may have caused some duplicate
sends (which would have occurred on Monday, July 10.) Please be
aware of this issue and check your system for any duplication of
documents during this timeframe. We apologize for any inconvenience
this may have caused.

If you have any further questions, please feel free to contact
Customer Support. Thanks!

Best Regards,

Kari Hammer
