Hi there. This may or may not be directly related to EDI, but please see if you can help me :-) I've been hanging around EDI and EDI-L for last 14-15 years, but I finally got a job in a slightly different direction. I am currently trying to find a possible boxed ERP/CRM/Workflow Solution for the E-Services Company. Basic and main requirement is to have the ability to maintain complex relationships between various entities such as Customers, Suppliers, 3rd Parties, Contacts (Sales, Buyers, Users etc) in multiple Environments (Production & Multiple Test Environments). It is never one-to-one relationship. One Customer Could be buying from multiple Suppliers, and One Supplier could be selling to multiple Customers etc etc. Each Relationship Between the entities is unique per Environment, and would become an object in the system. Primarily in Production, but available for cloning for any other Environment. Relationship record would be very complex since it would house some specific or inherited business rules. It would also be nice if there is a solid Worklfow/BPM tool already available with this Solution. If you are aware of any product capable to manage such Business Model, please let me know, or at least point me into right direction. I'd hate if our developers would end-up creating solution from scratch. Thanks a lot. Shluft.
