Earl,
Your clients can simply sign a new contract with GXS.
This is seamless to the clients, because they will continue to use the same
mailbox etc. There are no changes needed on the clients end.
Once you switch you have to cancel the Inovis mailbox. They continue to bill
$125 a month, even if not used and they have no contract and even though they
call and email with deadline that you have to switch to Inovis or you will not
be able to-do EDI etc,.- very dirty. I would love to take some of this stuff to
the DA's office.
