Job Description:
Works as a consulting team member for Customer implementations,
upgrades, or integration projects. Expertise and work efforts are
entirely focused on proprietary Inovis software products. Duties
usally performed at customer's site. Candidate will need to operate
with minimal supervision on projects of varying size involving
potentially multiple products on multiple platforms.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
Provide our Customers pre-planning, project management, installation
and implementation services for TrustedLink Enterprise (TLE) software
application. Provide input on an as-needed basis for the crafting of
project scope during the pre-sales process. Must be willing to travel
(50 - 85%)
Skills
Thorough understanding of EDI standards and transactions
Understanding of Value Added Network and OFTP communications
Experience installing/configuring TrustedLink Enterprise product
Comprehensive knowledge of TL Translator / Mapper or Catalyst
Translator / Mapper
Comprehensive knowledge of Unix environment. (HP, SUN, AIX)
Comprehensive knowledge of Microsoft Windows operating systems (NT,
W2000, XP)
Knowledge of Oracle / Microsoft SQL Server (Required)
Comprehensive knowledge of XML and flat file formats
Knowledge of SAP application layout required
Knowledge of BAAN application layout helpful
Knowledge of JDE application layout helpful
Ability to manage multiple tasks.
Self directed.
Strong problem solving, analytical, and structured thinking skills.
Excellent project management skills and experience.
Thrive in a fast-paced team oriented environment.
Strong written and verbal communications/presentation skills with
internal and external customers
Implementation experience developing and deploying technical
solutions.
Strong customer service and customer management skills.
Strong experience on PC office tools (MS Project, Excel, etc.)
