VAN is an acronym for Value Added Network - and there are more than one of
them.   The browsing of such details depends greatly on which VAN you're
talking about.

My suggestion is to find out which VAN your customer uses, find out the
contact information for your technical support contact at that VAN, then ask
them the questions that you need answered.
