I assume that you using TrustedLink Windows.

What do you mean by the segment 2 of the HL?

You said that the segment 2 of the HL appears in the form and the raw data.
When you say form and raw data, are you referring to data entry form and the
raw x12 data?

Is it in the print form that you do not see the segment 2 of the HL?

Subject: [EDI-L] 856 ASN HL segment

I was hoping someone might have an idea to help me with a problem. I
have been working on a 856 ASN for a customer, and have the form set
up to spec. The problem is that segment 2 of HL will not print. It
appears in the form and in the raw data, but will not show the values
entered. I am using Inovis Trustedlink to generate and send EDI. I
appreciate your help.
