As long as I have been hanging around "the EDI World" I don't believe I've ever seen any market share analysis. I remember the (Now-defunct) "EDI World" magazine would often refer to the TOTAL market for "EDI Stuff" but other than publisher's claims I can't recall any breakdowns. I know there is some big independent marketing analysis organization who does this kind of thing for many industries (damn, I can't remember their name, but I think it's The 'something' Group.
