WOW. That is really far behind. What platform and database are you on? Guess Y2K passed over your house. I suppose you would still be able to obtain the upgrades from Inovis, but there would be so many steps. I suppose it depends on the amount of data in your database. As compared to a custom TLE upgrade skipping a few versions.
