EDI Support Analyst (Berkeley, CA)

 Responsibilities for the position include:

  

 - Develop deep knowledge of the company's products

 - Provide Tier-1 technical assistance to the company's customers via 

 both phone and e-mail

 - Understand customers' problem statements, troubleshoot and refine 

 the issues, develop and communicate the solution to customers

 - Work with senior analyst and developers to resolve product-related 

 issues, including debugging and bug submission

 - Performs trading partner implementation

 - Track all customer interactions via the company's support tools

 - Be flexible with a 7am to 7pm (CST) rotational schedule.

 

 The successful candidate will have the following knowledge and

 expertise:

 

 - Minimum of 1-2 years supporting EDI software products

 - Knowledge of administering EDI Platforms such as Trading Partner 

 Desktop, Gentran, TrustedLink.

 - Working knowledge of FTP, AS2, asynchronous connections.

 - A Bachelor's degree in MIS or CS or additional experience

 - Knowledge of typical enterprise network configurations and 

 environments

 - Track record of strong troubleshooting skills and putting the 

 customer first
