I've been getting 997s from a trading partner for my 850s that reads "A"
for my documents, but in the AK9 segment I get a "E" status for the
documents. From talking to the partner, his van is doing the translation
for him and issuing the 997s. There have been no issues with my 850s. Is
this not a bogus 997?
In my opinion, I don't think 997s should be issued accepting documents
individually, but then issuing an "Accepted with Errors" summary status in
the AK9.
