prestigious biotech company located in the San Francisco Bay Area. If

*5 years SAP SD experience in Sales, ERP order management and Order
management experience
*Full life cycle SAP project implementation
*SAP process design and user support
*EDI setup, testing & processing
*Biotech or Pharma experience
The Senior Business Analyst will serve as a SAP SD subject matter expert
for the Customer Operations team and work cross-functionally to lead the
development and deployment of solutions through analysis,
recommendation, design, development, testing and implementation.
Responsibilities:
*Work effectively on cross-functional teams (including Supply Chain,
Finance, Product Distribution, Quality, Product Planning, Contracts,
Marketing, Sales/Field Managed Care, etc.), technical development team,
and process owners throughout the company as well as external business
partners (suppliers and 3rd parties).
*Serve as a liaison to IT and a point-of-contact for users before
engaging IT.
*Drive the integration of business objectives, processes & solutions.
*Lead projects, provide regular project updates and ensure objectives
are achieved.
*Define & develop both short and long-term enhancements that support
strategic objectives.
*Identify process efficiencies and policy recommendations that support
business continuity.
*Perform testing and training on current and new functionality.
Requirements:
*Demonstrate deep functional knowledge of SAP's SD module, specifically
in the Sales area.
*Understand SAP business processes, tables, customizations and
configurations.
*Work on problems and projects of varying complexity and scope.
*Exercise independent judgment in solving issues.
*Perform testing and data validation to ensure new functionality is
functioning properly.
*Provide input to decision making on new process and policy definition.
*Exercise independent judgment & decision making in solving issues.
