When executing a map under Windows, Is it possible to read from environment
variable in a map rule? (I currently do work on versions 1.4, 5, 6.7, 7.5
and will shortly be using 8x, so if there is a minimum version required that
would also be of interest).
If not, would an EXIT DLL which can do this be of any use to anyone, because
I'm going to create one if there is no 'native' function.
