Hello Todd,
the SEEBURGER Business Integration Converter can be used to convert
Flatfile, XML and CSV Files from and to Flatfile, XML and CSV. You can
also use datasources from the DB as source, destination or for lookups.
There is a single-shot command line interface, you can embed the java
api, or there is also a server mode if you want to habe load balancing
and stuff like that.

Thank you for all the responses. Just to clarify, I am looking for a
mapper
that is independent of a EDI translator. It does not need to support EDI
data type. It only needs to support flat files and XML. ODBC would be a
plus.
