I don't think anyone on this list can answer this question the way you
have asked it. These are both product lines and there are specific
products for various operating systems. I suggest you call Sterling
Commerce and Inovis. They will be glad to give you quotes.

Similar answer to #1, but probably with more variations, like PO versus
health care claim. Same suggestion.
