Renee, Earl is right. SAC is the segment you use in the 810 to communicate the information that ITA transmits in other transaction sets. If you check the ANSI X12 standards for the ITA or any other segment, you will see the transaction sets in which it is used.
If your trading partner has mandated the information in the ITA segment, refer them to the standard. If your boss has assigned that segment, tactfully insist that s/he RTFM - Read The [aForementioned] Manual. If you assumed incorrectly, well, we won't tell anybody.
