Hi Karen,
They should run the same as long as your user IDs in the JS and interactive
are the same and they use the same jobd to run.  Are you letting the job
scheduler submit the jobs, or are you manually submitting them from the job
scheduler using option 10 (run immediately)?

When running processing through interactive job, using same ID that is used
through the job scheduler running in batch environment, the data is sent
into TrustedLink, translated and moved to the active production files. IF we
use the same ID through the job scheduler, it sits with data at 'rcv'
status. It does not translate nor move the data, yet no error is given, the
process continues, then halts for lack of data. 
Any ideas about what is different between the interactive vs. batch
environment in OS400?
