Though its a commodity service, EDI runs a large percent of global business. Multiple outages and unfulfilled promises of "five 9" reliability are unacceptable. There are others out there. I've worked for these guys and, I've been an analyst, separating the hype from reality. The good news is, there are still options. Maybe its time to look at more than cost per kc. Other providers are bundling services that can help your business become more efficient, faster to market and responsive to your customer's needs.
