I have never heard of TLI returning a value that was not in the Trading
Partner Relationships somewhere.

If you query the file EDTRAD for all records with the value 004010X092A1
in the field ETGVRA do you get any records with the 2 in them? I would
bet that somehow when you are adding the documents to the Transaction
Center it is matching on another partnership then the one you are
expecting.

Regards

Tor

Subject: [EDI-L] AS400 ISERIES TRUSTEDLINK INOVIS QUESTION

I am going to cut/paste below the documentation I sent to Inovis, and
see if any of you have any ideas regarding what the problem might
be.

We have 1 TP using the 835 trans, so only 1 tp relationship set
up.... 92 is never acceptable in the 835 document... I can't find
what is generating this, nor can Inovis.. they are researching
it........ I just thought somebody else might have run into this....

RE: invalid value in GS08..... I have the correct value in the
segment in the trading partner agreement, but when the file
translates, it puts different value???? trading partner is sending
back 'failed'.... Am using 4010-HIPAA, X12 ISA GSY2K ... This
is for an outbound 835, no errors generate on my end, just the
TP's....

I am cutting pasting below what is in the TP relationship....

3.000 GS03 Application Receiver ID _ _ _ _ _ _ 999999999
4.000 GS04 Group Date (system generated) _ _ _ xxxxxxxx
5.000 GS05 Group Time (system generated) _ _ _ xxxx
6.000 GS06 Group Ctl # (system generated) _ _ xxxxxxxxx
7.000 GS07 Responsible Agency Code _ _ _ _ _ _ X
8.000 GS08 Version-Release-Association _ _ _ _ 4010X091A1

BUT, the file ends up looking like.......

1341*4*X*004010X092A1~ST

I am also cutting and pasting the information I received back from
the trading partner.

Element GS08 (Version / Release / Industry Identifier Code) does not
match the version defined on the transaction node of the guideline.
The standard version and release numbers defined in the guideline
constitute a value of 'V4010X091A1'. Segment GS is defined in the
guideline at position N/A. This error was detected at: Segment
Count: 2 Element Count: 8 Characters: 150 through 162
