Which piece/pieces are you looking at? the two I know under BizManager are Bizlink Server and TLE. In a marketing since "BizManager" is as vague as saying, "Gentran". They do translation on one package and communication on a different package cross selling the two. They also have a realtime (punch out/SOAP) Tomcat based service which is as realtime as you want it to be.
