Who's asking for IG's based on v5030? If the organization is a covered entity under HIPAA, only the v4010 IG's plus addenda - are allowed for the named transactions. X12N/TG2 has not even developed Implementation Guides (officially TR3 documents) for v5030 - only for v5010, which have been submitted into the DSMO process for potential/possible adoption under HIPAA.
