Also, if people are already using EDISIM(r) to create the SEF files, EDISIM
will convert the SEF files into XML by exporting an EDI or Flat File
guideline as an igML file ('Implementation Guideline in xML'), which is an
XML representation of the guideline. The igML DTD ships in EDISIM's bin
directory (file = igml.dtd), and explains the XML data layout.
