Thanks to all for your time, I was able to unlock by running a query to update
the Partner table value.

You need to go into the database and change the flag on the partner record. It
is the last field on the record. It probably shows ‘1’ right now…change it back
to ‘0’ and the partner will be available.

You will need to use a query to fix this.

Subject: [edi_gns] How to Un lock Partner --- Gentran windows environment

Hello All,

Currently we are using Gentran windows 4.0.2 with SQL server as database.

Under the partner editor one of the partner is grayed out and i was not able to
find how to make him active/ Unlock so that i can edit the same.

Actually i would like to set up a new realtion ship for the same.

Thanks
