Integral Group has a product called Commerce Desktop which does what
you are looking for. We are using it at a remote location that required
some connectivity. It will allow the receipt of inbound POs (850) and
the entry of outbound documents (810, 856). It is an easy interface to
use and you have a history right on line.
Their pricing is quite attractive as well.

Subject: [EDI-L] Web based EDI solution?
My company has a small division not yet integrated with our systems
and they want to sell to a big retailer who requires EDI. It will be
a year before they are integrated and I can help them. In the mean
time I am researching desktop or web based EDI solutions, ideally the
software as a service model where they enter their invoices and ASN's
on a website and it goes to the big retailer.
Does anyone have any recommendations or experience that they would
like to share? I sent an email to my favorite ICC sales guy about the
PassPay EDI solution but I am looking for a couple others if they
exist also. This business needs inbound 850's, outbound 810's and
856's.
