I have used Sterling Commerce's VAN for over 10 years, we have negotiated an excellent minimum rate, their on-line support is excellent, they usually call back in less than 2 hours (usually 1 hour return call) and I can not remember a time when the VAN was down and impacted our transmission schedule. They schedule updates and email you when they are going down and when they are back up. Totally satisfied here. Nancy
