Yes, we've all heard it before - how this technology will replace that technology, this product will replace that one and blah, blah, blah..... XML will never FULLY replace EDI.... Mac will never fully replace the PC, CDs will never fully replace vinyl records and so on and so forth and as such.... Seriously, XML may be a good fit for some - even many - of the current EDI uses we currently see in the world, but it will not replace EDI.... there is too much invested by too many people to replace an existing and, let's face it, fairly solid technology with a "newer" technology..... As you said, Walter, you're going to stick with what works - EDI.
