We use basic idco type DELVRY03 with message type SHPCON for inbound 214/IFTSTA documents. We use DELVRY03 with message type CARNOT for individual outbound 211's and we use SHPMNT05 with message type SHPMNT for outbound consolidated bill of ladings or master bill of ladings for the 211's
