Subject: [EDI-L] Gentran mapping ques.

Hello all,
we have a new requirement to upgrade our maps from 4010 to 4030 immediately.
When I look at the specs from our TP, very little has changed in their
segment and field structure. They just want to use the new version.

Now, can I use the map in 4010 and use it under 4030? Of course I will be
changing the "details" of the map and the GS, ISA information to 4030?? I had
to ask this question only because of time constraint.

Can I do the same for both Inbound and Outbound maps??

Please let me know your suggestions.
  Cheers

  NB.
