This is an opening for a career-minded integration professional to become a permanent BIT employee creating integration solutions for our customers. Job Summary: Major responsibilities include gathering requirements supporting customer's e-commerce needs and implementing a variety of XML/EDI document integrations for transportation, logistics and supply chain business processes for new and existing trading partners. Required Skills & Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field, Advanced degree preferred; In-depth knowledge of the integration software components and a very good understanding of application integration and B2B concepts (Java, XML, EDI, Web services, ESB, SOA); Working technical knowledge of various XML, and EDI standards, various communication protocols for transferring documents, basic EDI/XML mapping skills; Skilled in documenting, designing, developing and troubleshooting complex integrations is required Contact Information: Fred M.
